Jim joined OG真人官网 in 2015. Jim is responsible for all OG真人官网 legal matters, including corporate and securities law compliance matters. In addition, he plays an active role in OG真人官网’s investment transactions. Prior to joining OG真人官网, Jim practiced for close to nine years in the mergers & acquisitions and capital markets groups at Torys LLP. He received a B.A. (Hons.) from Mount Allison University and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University.
